Dr Giles Horner
MBChB MRCGP DFFP DRCOG Dip SOM
Qualified from Leeds medical school in 2000. Post grad qualifications include Diploma Royal college of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DRCOG), Diploma faculty of Family Planning (DFFP), Diploma Society of Orthopaedic Medicine and Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners.
Dr Horners special interests include musculoskeletal medicine and orthopaedics.
Outside of work interests include walking, fishing, gardening and Dr Horner also has a small flock of Teeswater sheep. When time allows, he can be found exploring this beautiful part of the world on his mountain bike.
Dr Nicola Cooper
MBS MRCGP
Dr Nicola Cooper joined Egton Surgery as a GP partner April 2019. Dr Cooper qualified from Newcastle University in 2006 and undertook her GP training in the Guisborough area. She has an interest in the care of older patients and all other aspects of General Practice. She lives locally with her husband and their two children and, in any free time, enjoys gardening and going mountain biking out on the moors.
